Cancellation Policy

1. Tour Package Cancellation Schedule

If you need to cancel a confirmed tour package, the refund of your advance deposit will be processed according to the following schedule:

• 15 Days or More Prior to Arrival: Full refund of the advance deposit (minus any standard bank processing fees).
• 7 to 14 Days Prior to Arrival: 50% refund of the advance deposit, as hotel partner reservations and vehicle locks are partially non-refundable.
• Less than 7 Days Prior to Arrival: Advance deposit is non-refundable due to guaranteed hotel room holds and local driver assignments in high season.

2. Vehicle Rental & Airport Pickups

Standalone 4x4 car rentals and Skardu airport transfer bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the designated pickup time. Cancellations requested within 48 hours of pickup will incur a 1-day vehicle retention fee to compensate the assigned driver.

3. Flight Cancellation Contingency Plan

In the event that PIA or Fly Jinnah flights between Islamabad and Skardu are cancelled due to weather or technical reasons:

• Option A (Immediate Road Transfer): We can immediately convert your tour itinerary to a luxury overland transfer via Karakoram Highway / Babusar Pass in a private Prado or Hiace Grand Cabin.
• Option B (Date Shift): We will shift your tour start date by 1 to 2 days without levying administrative penalties, subject to hotel room availability.
